Rediscovering Nature After a Long Break

I try to spend at least an hour outside every day, rain or shine. Nature has a way of putting problems into perspective that nothing else can match.

The biodiversity in my own backyard surprised me once I started paying attention. Over 30 species of birds visited last year alone.
