Post-Show Email Follow-Up Templates
Large and small accounts need different approaches. Small clients care about price and speed. Large clients want stability and comprehensive service. For major accounts, maintain detailed records of every interaction, client preferences, and personal details.
When a client says 'Your price is too high,' don't rush to lower it. Understand whether they genuinely think it's expensive or they're conditioning you. Ask about their target price, their primary market, and who they currently buy from. Gather information first, then respond.
Being ignored doesn't mean the deal is dead. Switch channels — WhatsApp if email fails, a call if WhatsApp is ignored. Sometimes the buyer is simply overwhelmed and your polite reminder restarts the conversation at exactly the right moment.
The 24 hours after a client visit are golden. Send a thank-you email the same evening. Share meeting notes the next morning. Buyers visit multiple suppliers in one trip — the first to follow up wins. Include a group photo for a personal touch.
